Computer-Assisted Design Camp
Are you interested in the process and art of designing and creating? Do you dream of making your own inventions and art come to life in a way that can translate to animation companies like Pixar, but also design components for machinery like engineers at Tesla? This camp is for you. Students will spend a week learning how to use CAD software, where they will be using mathematics, artistic insights and other skills to create 3 dimensional models. They'll learn the basics by making game pieces like Dice, Chess Pieces, rings they can wear, puzzle boxes they can have their friends solve and gain the base level understanding of the science, the art, the craft of designing their imaginations and making them come to life with 3D printers!
