Yoga for Performance

Newcomers are welcome to practice yoga through the lens of supporting body awareness, movement, and athletic performance. Learn how one’s mindset encourages curiosity and motivation. Learn how strength, stability, balance can apply to your sports training. Study the foundational anatomy and kinesthetic terminology and the ways it relates to basic human athletic performance.

*No camp on Friday, June 19th
