Please take some time to read the procedures, refund policies, schedules and details about our Summer Academic Programs, Sports Camps and Afternoon Camps before registering.

Financial Assistance: Limited financial assistance is available for the Summer 2024 Programs. Please email [email protected] to request an application for Financial Assistance. We will review financial assistance applications on a weekly basis and respond to your email indicating what financial assistance, if any, we can provide. You can then register for the programs that you have been qualified for by contacting US Sports Camps directly. (More information will be provided in our email response to your inquiry) Please note that available space for each summer program is offered on a first-come, first-serve basis. Qualifying for Financial Assistance does not ensure you have a spot in your preferred course/camp. However, registering by calling US Sports Camps once you know your financial assistance award will secure your spot.

Registration: Registration is on a first-come, first-serve basis. You will have the option to pay in full or put down a deposit to secure your child's spot when registering online; deposit amounts vary by camp and program. If only putting down a deposit, the deposit amount is due on the day you register and the final payment is due by the first of the month prior to the month of camp (ie May 1 for camps with a June start date). You will have the option during online registration to set up a pre-pay for your credit card to be automatically charged for the remaining balance due on your final balance due date. Deposits will not be available after the first of the month prior to the month of camp (ie May 1 for camps with a June start date). Parents who have made full payments on their total balance may not request a reversal of these charges and cannot request to be put on installment payments. You will receive an email confirmation receipt within 48 hours of registering.

Separate registration: If you plan to register more than one child for any camp or program, each child must be registered separately.

Registration deadlines: Registrations for all camps and sports are accepted up until the day before the first day of camp, as long as there is availability. Academic programs will only accept registrations until a certain date, please see each individual academic page for specific deadline dates.

Discounts: There are no discounts for registering multiple students and/or for multiple programs. Fees are not pro-rated due to vacations or absences of any kind. Prices are likely to increase closer to summer.

Special requests: We cannot accommodate requests to place friends or siblings into the same classes or requests for specific teachers.
